  TEACHING METHODOLOGY  SCHOLASTIC AREAS    PRE-SCHOOL & PRE-PRIMARY STAGE

  • Comprehensive Activity Oriented Teaching through PowerPoint presentations, vocabulary building, etc. focusing on ‘Learning by Doing’.
  • Focus on LSRW - Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing Skills.  
  • Multiple Skills like Thinking, Oratory, and Mental Aptitude Exercises through various classroom activities are also practiced to reinforce an innate sense of discovery in everything that is taught.
  • Participation of the students is encouraged through activities such as drawing and coloring, writing, fun games, dancing, singing, clay modeling, puzzles, flashcards, and conversations.
  • Poems and stories are dramatized using expressive actions & fun tools.
  • Vocabulary Enhancement and Stage Expositor Skills through Theme based Assemblies. Focus is on developing communication skills and on reinforcing an instinctive sense to bring in the forefront “Knowledge in Action”.

  • PRIMARY  STAGE (I TO V)
  • Day Wise Monthly Planner with Mention of Co-scholastic periods for classes I and II.

  • Comprehensive Activity Oriented Teaching and Focus on ‘Learning by Doing’.
  • Focus on all aspects of every subject for the development of Oratory, Logical and Analytical skills like Creative & Cursive Writing, Reading, Comprehensions, Elocutions, Quizzes, Experiments, Language Clubs, Maths and EVS Educational Games, Workshops, Field Visits, Science, Maths and Computer Lab classes & Mental Aptitude exercises.
  • A thematic approach is designed to stimulate the children through various interactive sessions and activities. Usage of activities to make abstract concepts real.
  • Extensive use of technology aids to supplement classroom teaching.
  • Teaching and understanding concepts through E-learning using tools like ppt’s, worksheets, graphics, etc.
  • The project works in class calls for mass participation. An equal emphasis is laid on developing a strong sense of individuality.

    MIDDLE  STAGE (V TO VIII)
  • The emphasis is on acquiring in-depth conceptual knowledge.

  • The curriculum is research-oriented and based on teamwork vis-á-vis discussions, group / individual project work, discovery, and exploration. 
  • Personality Development, Value Education, and coping with peer pressure are stressed upon at this stage. 
  • Field Trips and Educational Excursions make learning fun.
  • The use of worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, newspaper reading, quizzes, crosswords, and other learning tools enhance general awareness. 
  • Students work in groups and make PowerPoint Presentations on subject-related topics. 
  • Students have complete access to the various laboratories and library resources.

    SECONDARY & SENIOR SECONDARY STAGE (IX-XII)
  • Stress is laid on preparing students for the prescribed CBSE syllabus through assignments, modules, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, etc. so that they can successfully compete in various competitive examinations.
  • Result-oriented training is imparted by experienced professionals who target total development and desired success.
  • Monthly remarks uploading for parent review of child’s performance.
  • The use of newspaper articles, quizzes, crosswords, and other learning tools enhances general awareness. Field Trips / Educational Excursions make learning fun.
  • Provision of extra classes after school hours for students who are not able to cope up during school hours.  
  • Students have complete access to the various laboratories and library resources.

    CO-SCHOLASTIC AREAS
  • Well Defined Play Arena for fun activities, playing with building blocks, jigsaw puzzles, sandpit, ball pool, bounce back swings, etc.
  • Social and Emotional Development through competitions, group discussions, nature walks, helpmate projects, Excursions, Trips, etc.
  • Intra and Inter-Class Competitions.
  • Showcasing Educational and Fun Movies - Activity Time.
  • Physical Development by playing outdoor games (Cricket, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Yoga, Aerobics, Badminton, Skating, Fun Races, etc.) and Indoor Games (Billiards, Table Tennis, Chess, Ludo, Carrom Board, etc.). Evening Sports Academy of two hours is held for classes Pre Primary to classes IX to impart basic skills and attain early proficiency in sports.
  • Performing Arts by attaining both Vocal and Instrumental Music, participating in Visual Art/ Craft activities, and dancing (Indian & western).
  • Information Technology taught to students to make them Tech Savvy.
  • Environmental Conversation by making the students go for nature walks, doing simulations on nature-related concepts, showing PPTs on conservation of natural resources, etc.
  • Celebrations of all National and Religious festivals are marked with Special Assemblies to promote tolerance and love for all races and creeds.
  • Theme Based Assemblies are conducted on special days like Earth Day, Mother’s Day, Hindi Diwas Day, etc. wherein students come up with known and unknown information and facts about the same.
  • Birthday Celebrations - To make the child feel Special, birthdays scroll on the school portal system.
  • Awards and Accolades are given to deserving and result-oriented students. Various category awards, appreciation awards, and many other awards designed are presented on Annual Prize Distribution Function>

    SCHOOL AND PARENTS HAND IN HAND
  • Providing information about the day-to-day competitions and activities scheduled through school circulars.
  • Encouraging the parents to Attend Open House (PTM) for knowing the progress of their child.
  • Updating the photographs and information about the activities held on the Web portal and FaceBook Group.
  • Inviting parents to participate in special days like Mother’s Day, Grandparents day, etc.
  • Inviting parents to participate in Mega Events like Orientation Day, Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony, Sports Day, etc.
  • Organizing various workshops, seminars & competitions for parents.
  • Yoga & Meditation helps the child to grow spiritually and learn values.
